What is an ebook?
An ebook is much like any other book but instead of a construction of paper and cardboard it is designed to be read on your computer. You can of course print out any pages you want for reference. Think of the advantage of this for Gardening or Cookery books: no more messing up the pages of your book, print it once, use it and then throw it away.
How Do I Receive My Book?
Within a few minutes of completing your purchase you will receive an email with a link to click. Simply click on the link as instructed and the ebook will be downloaded to your computer to read or print out as you wish.
How Can I Pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may also pay using your PayPal account if you prefer.
Is My Payment Secure?
Yes, your payment is handled by a state of the art secure server using SSL technology to make the whole process ‘Hackerproof’. We do not save or store any of your personal or financial details other than your email address which we store to improve the speed of our communications and (if you wish) to send out occasional free ebooks which may interest you. Your email address is never shared with any other person or company.
Do I Need Special Software To View Ebooks?
No. All you will need is to unzip the received file. On a windows computer you will almost certainly have an unzip program on your machine already. This is built into all XP computers, earlier systems will usually have WinZip, if for some reason you do not have this software installed it can be downloaded for free on the net. If you need any help with this just contact us for a speedy and helpful reply.
I Don’t Think My Ebook Was Good Value, What Can I Do?
Although we personally read every ebook to make sure that it represents excellent value for money, sometimes your opinion may differ. But don’t worry, all our ebooks have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with you purchase just send us an email and your payment will be fully refunded. You really can’t lose.
I Haven’t Received My Ebook, What Can I Do?
The average time for our autoresponder to send out an ebook is about 1 minute. If after an hour or so you haven’t received your download link first check your junk/trash folder (this applies particularly to Hotmail & AOL users). If the link hasn’t gone there by mistake contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem.
Can I Sell These Books Myself
Yes. Unless specifically stated all ebooks have full resale rights. You can sell them on ebay, your website or however you wish. Most books even include a full resale package of promotional material to make it easier for you.
